In this course, we will explore what English For Academic Purposes (EAP) is, and how it differs from general English classes. In particular, we will look at what critical thinking is, how important it is for academic study, and how to incorporate it into your lessons. We then look at some typical activities in an EAP classroom, and we finish with some challenges to be mindful of and ways to address them.
