Business Objectives

Aggressive incidents in the workplace can cause physical and psychological injury. This learning activity provides information about the triggers for aggressive actions and reactions. Having the skills and knowledge to recognise and respond to incidents of aggression helps can remove or reduce the risk to workers and those they provide care and services to. Workplace Aggression aligns to Standard 7 of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
